CGTW Culture & Recreation Grant

The Carmichael, Gull Lake, Tompkins, Webb Culture & Recreation Board is funded by Sask Lotteries and the four municipalities it is named for.

Purpose Sport, culture, and recreation

Region Carmichael, Gull Lake, Tompkins, Webb

Opening Dates July 1st to December 1st of each year

Follow-up Deadlines June 1 or October 1, depending on project type

Grant Purpose

To get people involved in sport, culture, and recreation activities in the Carmichael, Gull Lake, Tompkins, Webb region.

Grant Criteria

Expenditures must be directly related to the delivery of a sport, culture, or recreation program or project.
Funding will prioritize programming until our programming quota is met, then will support capital projects.
Follow-ups verifying project expenditures must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than October 1 of the following year.
Follow-ups verifying program expenditures must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than June 1 of the following year.
Groups receiving funds for Programming Projects must publicly acknowledge Sask Lotteries and CGTW within their activities.

Applicants should review the grant criteria carefully and make sure expenses, project timelines, and follow-up requirements are understood before submitting an application.

Confirm that your project or program fits the purpose of the grant.
Keep copies of receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents.
Submit required follow-up information by the deadline listed for the grant.
