RM FIRE BAN IS ON – Effective July 12, 2024

A fire ban as been issued effective immediately that prohibits open burning, fireworks, backyard fire pits, cooking stoves, BBQ’s and smokers that use wood or briquettes and includes controlled burns of any kind. The RM Penalty Bylaw will be enforced on any incompliance.  Fire Bans are enforceable under Bylaw No. 181-24 A Bylaw Respecting Fire Restrictions (Fire Ban).
